Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and deliver soft skills training programs including communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, customer service, and workplace etiquette.
Research latest trends in corporate training and integrate them into learning modules.
Develop customized training content, workshops, and activities tailored to employee needs.
Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions, role plays, and simulations.
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and feedback forms.
Collaborate with managers and HR to identify training needs and implement solutions.
Track training attendance, performance metrics, and prepare training reports.
Motivate, engage, and inspire employees through interactive training methods.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

46 years of experience in soft skills or communication training (corporate / education sector).
Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in developing and delivering customized training content.
Exposure to intercultural communication (US clients preferred).
Ability to engage large groups and handle diverse trainee backgrounds.
