About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer (Fresher) to join our team at The Kreative Academy, Kochi. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to enhancing the communication, personality development, and professional etiquette of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills including communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Assist in developing training materials, role plays, and activities for students.
• Motivate and mentor students to improve their confidence and professional behavior.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and other trainers to ensure training quality.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with new training techniques and best practices.

Skills & Qualities Required

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Eligibility

• Fresher graduates (any discipline) passionate about training and development.
• Candidates with a background in English, HR, Psychology, or Communication will have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
