Job Description

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related problems. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control based on company policies. Support in maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure data backup and restore processes are running as scheduled. Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in procurement when necessary. Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference. Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure system security and reliability.
