As a Software Developer at Knack Studios, you will be responsible for providing IT and systems support to ensure efficient functioning of the technical infrastructure. Your role will involve resolving issues reported by employees, maintaining IT assets, managing IT security policies, and collaborating with vendors to address IT infrastructure concerns. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be tasked with supporting and resolving IT and systems-related issues reported by employees at Knack Studios. Your knowledge in Windows system, MAC, and Linux, along with familiarity with Active Directory, will be crucial in effectively addressing technical concerns. Collaboration with other Core Services teams will be necessary to solve complex issues and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and resolve IT and systems-related issues reported by employees - Possess knowledge in Windows system, MAC, and Linux, as well as Active Directory - Interface with other Core Services teams to solve complex issues - Update and maintain IT Asset Management inventory - Manage Firewall, CCTV, Biometric, and Printer configurations - Update IT Security policies as per standards - Provide L2 & L3 support for technical problems faced by users - Coordinate with vendors to resolve IT infrastructure issues - Plan and execute preventive maintenance of IT hardware - Create and maintain IT inventory - Monitor and proactively address incidents - Keep documentation updated for IT Manager's reference Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Computer Science - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Programming & Design Please note that the job location for this position is Chennai.
