Role Overview: Knack Studios is looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join their team in Chennai. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and resolving IT and systems-related issues reported by employees. You will also be required to interface with other Core Services teams to solve complex issues and maintain an accurately updated IT Asset Management inventory. Key Responsibilities: - Support and resolve IT and systems related issues reported by employees - Knowledge in Windows system, MAC, and Linux - Knowledge of Active Directory - Interface with other Core Services teams to solve complex issues - Maintain accurately updated IT Asset Management inventory - Firewall Management - CCTV/Biometric/Printer Configuration and Maintenance - Maintaining & Updating IT Security policies - Provide L2 & L3 support for technical problems faced by users - Liaise with vendors to solve IT Infrastructure issues - Planning & executing preventive maintenance of IT hardware - Creating & maintaining IT inventory - Routine monitoring and proactively solving incidents - Keeping all documentation updated for IT Manager Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Computer Science - 1-3 years of experience Additional Company Details: Knack Studios is a full-service post-production facility based in Chennai, with a focus on rendering dreams into cinematic experiences.
