As a Jr. System Administrator / Sr. Desktop Support, your primary responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and updating software as per business requirements - Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults - Managing LAN & WAN - Configuring, implementing & maintaining Network Policy and Server Level Policy - Configuring, implementing & maintaining Asset Management - Ensuring the correct running and maintenance of the IT systems and data security - Backing up required data and disposal of removable media - Installing, configuring and maintaining servers (Windows, Linux) - Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and group policy - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues - Ensuring system security through firewall, patches, and access controls - Supporting end users and resolving technical issues Your technical skills should include excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities, knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs, as well as experience with new Firewall Configuration & Daily Monitoring of Firewall. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will work full-time in a permanent role at the Pune location during general shift timings, with five working days per week.
