· Training students on Accent Reduction/ MTI influence – Phonetics/Syllables/Syllable stress/ Pronunciation and Intonation

· Training students on Functional Grammar and Business English

· Min 5 years of Soft Skills training

· Resume Building

· Career Counselling, Group Discussions & conduct mock Interviews

· Coordinating 360 degree with internal and external customers to see maximum throughput of external trainings and speaker visits

· Content Creation and Development on communication skills for all schools in the university.

· Recommending /Arranging guest lectures from industry to inculcate the corporate etiquette and motivation in students.

· Inviting corporate guests to discuss on specific topic in front of students to teach students about the current trends and corporate acumen about the topic.

· Train and mentor students for companies.

· Monitoring day-to-day activities of students and recognising areas of improvement and implementing plans accordingly.

· Developing skill-specific training programs to promote student development.

· Conducting and reporting Monthly evaluations for assigned classes.

Key skills:

· Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written).

· Basic Social Media skills – (LinkedIn)

· Excellent ability to establish and maintain Corporate Relationships.

· Excellent ability to establish and maintain interdepartmental Relationships.

· Able to build exceptional relationship and coordinate with the faculties for individual student success

· Adapt to work in a fast-paced business environment and deliver within tight deadlines.

· Demonstrated success in the successful management of events & managing the key strategic alliances.

· Excellent temperament to handle age group of 18 - 24 with High energy levels and go - getter attitude.
