Key Responsibilities Social Media Monitoring & Daily Checks Monitor active social media platforms daily (organic and paid). Ensure campaigns and posts are running smoothly, flagging issues or anomalies. Engage with online communities and track performance trends. Social Media Optimization (SMO) Assist with content research, planning, and scheduling for organic posts. Optimize profiles for discoverability and engagement. Support the growth of follower bases through consistent, strategic posting. Paid Campaign Setup Support Learn and assist in setting up paid campaigns, including campaign structure and objectives. Ensure platform hygiene and accuracy in campaign execution. Performance Optimization Participate in weekly reviews to identify underperforming areas. Implement optimization strategies based on performance data and insights. Reporting & Documentation Contribute to weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports highlighting insights, challenges, and recommendations. Industry Awareness & Learning Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and social media trends. Attend internal training sessions and explore new SMM tools and strategies. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with designers, copywriters, and departments like PPC, SEO, and web development. Maintain clear and timely communication about progress and requirements. Hands-On Tools Experience Learn and use platforms like Meta Ads Manager, ManyChat, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Later App, and native insights tools. Who Should Apply? Individuals with 0–6 months of experience in social media or digital marketing. Recent graduates or those passionate about building a career in social media marketing. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude. Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
