About the Role:-

We’re looking for a creative thinker and social media trend expert who can shape the content direction of our brand’s social presence. You’ll be the mind behind the ideas — researching what’s trending, understanding what works for our audience, and planning video and post concepts that help us stand out.

Your role is to strategize and guide what content should go live — from creative video ideas to engaging storytelling that grows our visibility, reach, and brand perception.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Research and identify social media trends, viral formats, and emerging ideas relevant to our brand.
• Develop social media content calendars ideas that align with brand goals, product launches, and festivals.
• Plan video and reel concepts — from product showcases to lifestyle storytelling, tutorials, and creative shots.
• Suggest innovative ways to increase engagement, reach, and organic visibility.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to execute your ideas into final content.
• Analyze competitor and market content to understand what works and what can be improved.
• Create a roadmap for consistent growth of our brand’s social media presence and identity.

Requirements:-

• 2–4 years of experience in social media content planning or creative strategy, preferably in eCommerce or lifestyle brands.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook trends.
• Strong creative and storytelling sense — able to visualize content ideas that connect with audiences.
• Ability to brainstorm and guide video production teams on style, tone, and creative direction.
• Up-to-date knowledge of viral marketing, influencer content, and short-form video trends.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
