Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute

   social media strategies

   to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). • Create, schedule, and manage posts using tools such as

   Hootsuite

   ,

   Buffer

   , and

   Semrush Social

   . • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to meet lead and conversion targets. • Design and publish digital content (graphics, videos, infographics) and blogs aligned with company branding using

   Canva

   or

   Adobe Creative Cloud

   . • Plan and execute

   email marketing campaigns

   using CRM tools such as

   Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing

   or

   HubSpot

   . • Perform

   SEO and keyword optimization

   to improve organic ranking and website visibility. • Analyze and monitor campaign performance for Audience engagement, Lead sync and tracking, daily keywords, content optimization, and perform PPC/Ad reviews. Create monthly reports and recommend data-driven improvements. Must review new trends and competitor ad activity as well as provided market research• Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure cohesive digital experiences and user interfaces. • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, social algorithms, and AI-based marketing automation tools.

  AI-driven marketing tools

  (ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copilot) is a plus
