Job Summary

Cinematic Technical Artist / Unreal Generalist (AI Integration)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  cinematic-quality 3D avatars, environments, and holographic scenes

  using Unreal Engine 5 and Blender.
• Integrate

  AI-driven speech and interaction pipelines

  (Speech-to-Text LLM Text-to-Speech).
• Sync generated or recorded dialogue with

  facial animation and lip-sync

  for avatars.
• Create short

  cinematic sequences or interactive holograms

  for Tymors HoloBox systems.
• Optimize 3D projects for

  real-time playback on edge hardware or kiosk displays

  .
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and Front-End Developers to integrate avatars into live applications.
• Deliver finished cinematic scenes, Unreal projects, or holographic video exports for internal demos and client deployments. The finished product must be formatted to the particular HoloBox size.

Required Skills

• Unreal Engine 5 (Sequencer, Blueprints, Lumen, Material Editor)
• Blender or Maya for modeling, rigging, and animation
• Motion capture integration (Rokoko, Xsens, ARKit Face Capture)
• Python or JavaScript for light API scripting
• Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text integration (Azure Speech, Whisper, ChatGPT API)
• Post-production tools: DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Understanding of GPU optimization and real-time rendering

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in cinematic design, real-time rendering, or virtual production
• Proven experience building or animating lifelike 3D avatars
• Strong artistic eye for camera composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage both creative and technical workflows
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-managed approach
• Experience in AI avatar or digital human projects preferred
