Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Calicut. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies for personal brands & companies. This role involves content planning, content writing, platform management, performance analysis, community building, and collaborating with the creative & production teams to deliver consistent, high-performing content.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management / content strategy
• Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Create content roadmaps, scripts, and idea frameworks
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with content, design, and video teams
• Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and optimize for growth
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify opportunities
• Experience working with founders or creators is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or similar field is a plus
