Doors Studio, an innovative digital media agency based in Gurugram, is seeking a versatile Content Strategist & Writer to join our team. This role is crucial in driving social media growth, enhancing follower engagement, and crafting compelling content that aligns with client objectives. Direct client interaction is essential to understand and meet client needs effectively through strategic content creation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost brand visibility and engagement.

- Write clear, engaging, and error-free content including captions, posts, articles, blogs, and other digital assets.

- Create and manage content calendars aligned with client goals and audience preferences, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice.

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience interests to optimize content performance.

- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and marketers to produce high-quality visual and multimedia content.

- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate insightful reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of content strategies.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.

- Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and provide strategic content recommendations.

- Stay updated on social media best practices, SEO trends, and tools to implement effective content strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Social Media Strategist, Copywriter, or similar role in a digital marketing or agency environment.

- Demonstrated proficiency in online content strategy and creation, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate keywords effectively into content.

- Strong research abilities to gather relevant information and insights for content development.

- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
