Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at The Soundtrack Cafe, located in Pune. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages, ensuring high quality in every cup. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the café, providing excellent customer service, and engaging with our community. The Barista will also help in creating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the spirit of our café. Qualifications Experience and skills as a Barista Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills Strong Communication skills Food Preparation skills Ability to work well in a team and create a welcoming environment Passion for coffee and music is a plus Previous experience in a café or similar establishment is beneficial
