Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in Pune. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and managing social media campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms (SMO), and enhancing the café's online presence. Responsibilities include engaging with the community, collaborating with team members to align brand messaging across platforms, monitoring analytics, and implementing improvements to maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Experience in crafting and executing effective Content Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills
• Creative and analytical mindset with knowledge of social media analytics tools
• Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Experience in the music or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
