Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at The Soundtrack Cafe™, located in Pune. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, providing product recommendations, and preparing food items as needed. The Barista will also foster a welcoming and engaging environment, reflecting the cafe's commitment to music and community.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service expertise
• Passion for music and creating a positive community atmosphere
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a cafe or similar setting is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent
