Role Overview

Social Media Strategist

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly 

  social media strategies

   for each client (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct 

  competitor & market research

   to identify trends, tone, and opportunities
• Build 

  content calendars

  , aligning visuals, copies, and campaign ideas
• Work closely with designers, video editors, and social media managers to bring ideas to life
• Conceptualize 

  reels and campaign directions

   — from hook to storyboard
• Collaborate with the ads team for 

  performance insights and growth strategy

• Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics — and use data to refine strategy
• Present insights and campaign reports to clients and internal team
• Stay ahead on emerging 

  social trends, tools, and algorithms

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of agency or brand experience
• Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and digital trends
• Creative thinker with solid writing & communication skills
• Experience in planning content calendars and leading campaigns
• Ability to guide design and video teams with clarity and creative direction
