Social Media Strategist

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our core team at 11 Eleven Media — a design-driven creative agency that handles some of the most exciting brands in F&B, lifestyle, and real estate.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll lead the direction of our clients’ digital presence — developing content strategies, campaign ideas, and data-driven insights that keep brands relevant and ahead of the curve.

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media strategies for each client (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct competitor & market research to identify trends, tone, and opportunities
• Build content calendars, aligning visuals, copies, and campaign ideas
• Work closely with designers, video editors, and social media managers to bring ideas to life
• Conceptualize reels and campaign directions — from hook to storyboard
• Collaborate with the ads team for performance insights and growth strategy
• Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics — and use data to refine strategy
• Present insights and campaign reports to clients and internal team
• Stay ahead on emerging social trends, tools, and algorithms

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of agency or brand experience
• Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and digital trends
• Creative thinker with solid writing & communication skills
• Experience in planning content calendars and leading campaigns
• Ability to guide design and video teams with clarity and creative direction
