About the Role


As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our brand’s voice, driving content strategy, and leading creative storytelling across digital platforms. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, engaging storytelling, and a deep understanding of audience behavior. You will plan campaigns, craft compelling narratives, and ensure our brand resonates with couples and families who dream big.

You will play a key role in transforming a brand from emerging to a household name.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement organic social media strategies aligned with brand guidelines and goals.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, posting consistently across all social media platforms.
  • Create engaging campaigns that balance trending formats with consistent brand storytelling.
  • Plan and manage influencer collaborations to boost engagement and expand brand awareness.
  • Track reach, engagement, and other key metrics for content and influencer initiatives, and use the insights to refine strategies for maximum growth and engagement.
  • For all of the above, collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product, category) to ensure seamless planning and execution.


Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media (agency preferred).
  • Has experience managing multiple brands in an agency setting or driving growth for a single brand in-house.
  • Strong skills in content planning and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with adaptability across industries.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
