Summary:


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and growing our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor page activity, respond to comments/messages, and improve community engagement.
  • Support in creating short-form and long-form content for social media.
  • Help in conceptualizing posts, creatives, reels, and stories.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to strengthen our strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience (freshers or candidates with 3–6 months of experience preferred).
  • Basic understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with interest in digital culture, reels, memes, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic editing tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, curious, open to learning & ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
