Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media Specialist who understands fashion, content, and community. The ideal candidate will own KSHM’s social presence end-to-end, drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and convert content into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end

  social media content strategy, creation, publishing, and optimization

  across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms.
• Drive

  high-volume daily video and short-form content

  aligned with brand storytelling and campaign requirements.
• Manage and grow

  brand handles, influencer content, and repost strategies

  for maximum reach and engagement.
• Lead

  community engagement and social media customer experience

  , ensuring fast and brand-consistent responses.
• Execute

  influencer, affiliate, and activation campaigns

  to drive visibility and conversions.
• Ensure

  weekly tactical planning and advance content calendar finalization

  for smooth execution.
• Track performance, analyze insights, and

  optimize content for continuous follower and subscriber growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

•   2–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management (Fashion/Lifestyle preferred).
•  Strong knowledge of Instagram growth strategies & reel optimization.
•  Excellent copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and CTAs.
•  Comfortable with on-camera presence.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Meta Business Suite.
• Basic understanding of analytics, reach, impressions & conversions.
•  Highly creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and trend-sensitive.
