Job Summary

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and understands how to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive performance across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn and other social platforms.

2. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, posting, and monitoring.

3. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.

4. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to optimize social strategies.

5. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.

6. Stay current on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience managing professional social media accounts.

2. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms.

3. Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hoot suite, Sprout Social).

4. Good written and verbal communication skills.

5. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and time management.

6. Experience with paid social campaigns and basic understanding of ad metrics.
