Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content for multiple social media platforms, and fostering audience engagement. Daily tasks will include monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, coordinating with teams for campaign execution, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing brand presence and driving audience interaction across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and engaging content
• Experience in analyzing social media performance metrics and adapting strategies for improvement
• Proficiency with social media tools, platforms, and scheduling tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred MBA) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
