Job Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance data to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns (organic and paid) to increase brand awareness and conversion.
Content Management: Create and schedule high-quality content (copy, graphics, video) across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and [X/TikTok].
Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow our follower base and improve engagement rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
Community Management: Engage with our audience daily to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
