Client Engagement Associate

We are looking for a Client Engagement Associate to connect with international clients, manage outbound calls, and handle the sales process from start to finish. The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented approach, this role is for you.

Experience:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• International voice sales experience in media or publishing is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients and build strong relationships.
• Gather and document client business requirements.
• Coordinate with the content team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
• Maintain records of client interactions and prepare sales reports.
