About the Role

Interiocity is hiring a skilled and driven Social Media Specialist to lead strategy, content, and performance across platforms. The ideal candidate will boost brand visibility, audience engagement, and digital presence through creative and data-backed campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring consistent brand tone and messaging.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and content opportunities.
• Create and coordinate engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories).
• Track content performance and optimize using analytics and insights.
• Respond to comments/messages and build meaningful audience engagement.
• Plan and execute paid promotions in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Stay updated on new tools, platform changes, and industry best practices.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with key KPIs and improvement suggestions.
• Monitor metrics such as follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, and conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics.
• Skilled in market research, trend analysis, and content evaluation.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills aligned with brand voice.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B, facility management, HVAC, or infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Basic knowledge of SEO in content strategy.
