You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Responsibilities:Develop and manage social media strategies for DotHeal and its healthcare clientsPlan and schedule content calendars using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.Create eye-catching, informative content (posts, reels, stories, shorts) tailored to each platformWork with the design and video team to develop visuals and creative assetsMonitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messagesTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare reportsStay on top of trends, healthcare campaigns, and platform algorithm updatesContribute to campaign ideas and brand storytellingCoordinate with internal teams, doctors, and clients for timely content inputsQualifications:1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (agency or in-house)Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & healthcare content trendsProficiency in Canva or Adobe tools is a plusExcellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Experience working with healthcare brands is desirable but not mandatoryAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
