The Role – Social Media Specialist We're looking for a creative, analytical, and energetic Social Media Specialist who can turn healthcare brands into digital success stories. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Responsibilities: Develop and manage social media strategies for DotHeal and its healthcare clients Plan and schedule content calendars using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc. Create eye-catching, informative content (posts, reels, stories, shorts) tailored to each platform Work with the design and video team to develop visuals and creative assets Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare reports Stay on top of trends, healthcare campaigns, and platform algorithm updates Contribute to campaign ideas and brand storytelling Coordinate with internal teams, doctors, and clients for timely content inputs Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & healthcare content trends Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools is a plus Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Experience working with healthcare brands is desirable but not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
