About the Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong command of the Bollywood and celebrity news ecosystem to lead and grow a portfolio of high-impact Instagram pages — including Bollywood paparazzi, meme, and instant news accounts. If you're someone who lives and breathes pop culture, knows how to capture public attention in real time, and can scale viral content like Viral Bhayani or Instant Bollywood, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and manage end-to-end content operations for Bollywood Paparazzi and meme-style Instagram pages.
• Lead a team (or work independently) to spot and post real-time celebrity updates — airport looks, gym sightings, party snaps, and more.
• Curate and publish paparazzi-style content with high-speed turnaround and viral potential.
• Oversee the creation of highly engaging reels and static posts using trending audio, viral clips, and timely news bites.
• Write and review witty, relevant, and on-brand captions that match the tone of trending Bollywood/meme pages.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with film releases, celeb events, and brand campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze page insights, engagement rates, and growth metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with graphic editors, video editors, and junior social media executives as needed to streamline output.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing or growing Bollywood-centric paparazzi or news-style social media pages.
• Strong understanding of Bollywood trends, pop culture, celebrity dynamics, and audience behavior.
• Proven ability to execute fast-moving, high-engagement content in a competitive content space.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram growth strategies, hashtag usage, and engagement tools.
• Basic knowledge of design aesthetics for reels, story highlights, thumbnails, and cover images.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and handle large volumes of content with consistency.
• Experience with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools is a plus.

Bonus Skills :

• Prior experience working with meme pages, entertainment brands, or influencer accounts.
• Basic video editing skills for Reels or knowledge of mobile editing apps (InShot, CapCut, etc.).
• A network of photographers, pap sources, or celebrity PR contacts.
