What You’ll Do: Make and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms like Threads. Turn brand campaigns and messaging into scroll-stopping visuals, captions, and stories Stay chronically online (in a good way) — spot trends before they peak and plug them in authentically Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and other stakeholders to create and schedule content Write copy that’s on-brand, human, and hits hard — from snappy captions to longer-form storytelling Engage daily: reply to DMs, comments, and community convos — and yes, that includes meme wars Track performance using analytics tools; optimize content strategy based on data insights A/B test content formats, posting times, hashtags, and hooks Coordinate giveaways, collabs, and campaign launches Report on key KPIs: engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, and platform-specific wins
