SEO Executive

About the Role: We’re looking for an SEO Executive who’s not just obsessed with rankings — but with results. If you know your way around keywords, backlinks, content optimization, and Google’s ever-changing algorithms, this is your sign. Help us drive organic growth, boost search visibility, and turn clicks into conversions. Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Google Keyword Planner Optimize on-page elements: meta titles, descriptions, H1s, internal linking, schema markup, etc. Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building, digital PR Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are baked into blogs, product pages, landing pages, and site structure Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO reporting tools Stay updated on algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly Conduct site audits regularly and fix technical SEO issues (page speed, broken links, redirects, crawl errors) Analyze competitors and create data-driven strategies to outrank them Collaborate on content calendars to align SEO with content marketing goals Report on KPIs like organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and conversions Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency) Solid understanding of SEO principles — both on-page and technical Experience using tools like: Google Search Console Google Analytics (GA4) SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog / Moz 4. Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data and know how to translate it into action 5.Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) 6.Bonus if you understand basic HTML/CSS and site structure 7.Excellent communication skills — you can explain SEO to non-SEO folks in plain English
