a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
You will collaborate directly with Sakshi Agarwal and her core team to shape and grow a
consistent, engaging digital identity across platforms — from content planning and
production to audience insights and performance optimization.
• Conduct ongoing market and trend research to identify emerging formats, platform
updates, audience shifts, and competitor strategies — and translate insights into
actionable content ideas.
• Own and manage the Instagram and YouTube content calendar for Sakshi Agarwal’s
personal brand
• Coordinate closely with editors, designers, and production teams to deliver high-
quality content on time
• Plan, schedule, and track content across platforms — ensuring creative alignment and
consistent output
• Manage additional digital handles for new brand verticals as they launch
• Stay on top of social media trends, formats, platform algorithms, and user behavior to
inform strategy
• Lead influencer and creator collaborations — from research and outreach to execution
and reporting
• Oversee proofreading, caption curation, brand messaging, and content formatting
• Support digital campaigns, giveaways, collabs, and paid promotions
• Track and analyze content performance; deliver monthly reports with insights and
recommendations
• Contribute to overall audience growth, engagement, and digital storytelling strategy
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 0–3 years of experience in digital content creation, social media strategy and research,
or brand/influencer marketing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or
a related field
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content formats
• Strong grasp of platform-specific storytelling, audience behavior, and algorithm
trends
• Skilled in content planning, content calendars, and visual moodboarding
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and basic
SEO tools
• Familiarity with content performance KPIs — reach, engagement rate, CTR, watch
time, and retention
• Knowledge of SEO for social media — including hashtags, keywords, titles, and
descriptions
• Understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and content engagement
tactics
• Excellent copywriting and caption writing skills tailored to short-form content
• Strong sense of brand voice, tone, and aesthetic consistency
• Ability to generate cohesive content themes, visual styles, and monthly social
calendars
• Experience with video scripting, meme culture, audio trend tracking, and Gen Z
visual language
• Awareness of pop culture and trending formats that enhance relatability and
shareability
Preferred Skills & Tools
• Understanding of social media analytics, data interpretation, and audience
segmentation
• Experience in influencer marketing, content shoots, or launching a creator-led brand
• Fluency in using AI tools, Canva, Google Sheets, or Notion for content tracking and
documentation
• Up-to-date on Gen Z content language, viral formats, music usage, and storytelling
styles
