Ltd. was founded in 2007 and has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of food additives, ingredients, artificial sweeteners, flavor enhancers, and preservatives to various industries including bakery, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and snacks. The company also provides eco-friendly biodegradable wooden cutlery and sticks to the ice cream industry, restaurant & hotel chains, corporates, wholesalers, and retailers.
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta platforms. This role involves managing end-to-end social media operations, driving ROI-focused strategies, and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
Build and manage the brand’s online presence across key social channels. Drive audience engagement, community growth, and measurable business outcomes. Establish strategic influencer collaborations to enhance credibility and reach.
Design and implement platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Ensure consistent tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all platforms.
Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness through analytics and insights.
Optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions.
Manage paid ad budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
Identify and engage suitable influencers aligned with brand values.
Negotiate and coordinate influencer campaigns and content deliverables.
Track performance and ensure collaborations drive measurable value.
Oversee creative content development (posts, reels, videos, stories).
Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions promptly.
Foster positive brand sentiment and handle online reputation management.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to align goals.
Support campaigns, launches, and events through strong social integration.
2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing strategies.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Proven experience in ROI-based campaigns and influencer marketing. Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual content planning skills. Desirable Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Exposure to B2B and B2C social media environments. Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
