Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
Drive community management – respond to queries, comments, and engage with the audience in real-time.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content and strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign launches, events, CSR activities, and brand initiatives.
Work closely with paid ads team to support boosted campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Manager in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
