About the Role:

Social Media Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and oversee social media accounts for clients across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Direct client servicing – maintain relationships, understand briefs, and deliver solutions
• Ideate monthly content calendars and launch-focused campaigns
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams
• Create performance reports and track key social metrics
• Conceptualize and create engaging multimedia content like reels, videos, and graphics
• Manage internal company pages and content to drive brand visibility
• Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and tools in social media
• Present reports and updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership

Who You Are:

✅ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media and digital communication

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Comfortable leading conversations with clients and managing deliverables

✅ Strong understanding of social content, community building, and performance metrics

✅ Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a bonus

✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
