Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the social media content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
Create engaging, on-brand content in collaboration with the design team; must have working knowledge of Canva, Photopea, or similar tools to contribute creatively.
Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions to build a loyal and active community.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social campaigns with broader business goals. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.

Support occasional digital campaigns, including email marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally.
Proficient with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Familiar with editing tools like Canva, Photopea, or equivalents.

Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and optimize content accordingly.
Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
