Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 months - 1 years

Salary-15k-25k

Key Responsibilities:-

• Expertise in managing all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• knowledge of moment marketing, meme marketing, and working with D2C brands and personal branding campaigns.
• Strong understanding of running paid media campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads — from strategy and targeting to optimization and performance tracking
• Create and assist in short-form videos & UGC content (comfortable on camera).
• A deep understanding of trends and audience behavior to create engaging and relatable content.
• Proven team management skills to guide, motivate, and inspire a creative team.
• Excellent client coordination skills to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
• Manage content calendars & publish engaging posts/reels across platforms.
• Research & collaborate with influencers/creators, handling briefs to final delivery.
• Build and maintain influencer relationships.
• Track campaign & social media performance, engagement, and ROI.
• Engage with audience through comments & DMs.
• Prepare performance/campaign reports.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 6 months - 1 years of experience.
• knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & trends.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
