Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in building our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving traffic to our company website through daily social media activities and effective SEO practices.

• Execute daily social media posting across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company website’s search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform and audience segment.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
• Analyze and report on social media and website performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative assets and campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
• Support overall brand building initiatives by aligning social media and SEO activities with the company’s vision and goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and SEO for business websites.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to create compelling content, including copywriting and basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
