Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist/ Strategist with 1.5+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing online communities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. A solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage compelling social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent brand message and timely posts.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals and captions tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, and generate performance reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Assist with influencer outreach, brand collaborations, and campaign ideation.
• Analyze metrics to measure content effectiveness and optimize strategies based on performance data.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer).
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and insights tools to interpret data and drive engagement.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
