Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, who loves experimenting with content and using new tools to grow reach.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team to manage social media handles, create engaging content, and explore innovative ways to build awareness. We value creativity, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Create posts, reels, and visuals using tools like Canva (or similar).
• Explore and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to improve creativity and efficiency.
• Edit short videos (event highlights, interviews, reels).
• Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve visibility and reach.
• Support broader marketing efforts such as newsletters, events, and presentations.

What We’re Looking For :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Creativity and comfort with storytelling on digital platforms.
• Basic skills in Canva (or similar design tools) and simple video editing.
• Good writing skills—clear, catchy, and professional.
• Curiosity to try new tools (especially AI tools) and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
