Job Summary:

highly skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute 

    end-to-end Facebook Ads campaigns

     using 

    Meta Ads Manager

    , including campaign structure, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct 

    A/B testing

     for creatives, headlines, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Utilize 

    Custom Audiences

     and 

    Lookalike Audiences

     for advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns based on 

    key performance indicators (KPIs)

     such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates.
  • Implement 

    pixel tracking, API integrations, and event setup

     to ensure accurate data tracking and attribution.
  • Monitor performance using 

    Meta Business Suite analytics

     and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with 

    Meta algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and industry best practices

     to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop 

    high-converting ad creatives

     using platforms like 

    Canva

     or Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in 

    managing Facebook Ads with budgets of $5K+/month

     and delivering measurable results.
  • Understanding of 

    TikTok Ads, Etsy Ads, and Shopify

     for cross-platform campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using 

    Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and data visualization tools

    .
  • Knowledge of 

    conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization

    .
  • Bonus: Familiarity with 

    Facebook CAPI (Conversions API)

     for advanced event tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 

    2+ years of proven experience

     managing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Etsy and TikTok ads.
  • Proficiency in using Canva to create high-quality graphics and visuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Audience Insights.
  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting Facebook Pixel and Conversions API.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
