Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
● Develop and execute creative social media content plans that align with brand and business goals.
● Write compelling copy, design engaging visuals, and use creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or AI tools like Perplexity/ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude) to deliver fresh and engaging content.
● Plan and schedule posts across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Community Management
● Engage meaningfully with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
● Foster a positive, interactive, and loyal community around the brand. Cross-Platform Presence Management
● Manage and grow the brand’s presence across multiple platforms beyond traditional social media, including podcasts, webinars, forums (e.g., Reddit, Quora), and other digital communities to expand reach and authority. Campaign Management
● Plan, design, and run paid social campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and sales.
● Experiment with ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize results.
Data Analysis & Reporting
● Track KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights.
● Analyze data to measure performance and continuously improve strategy.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
● Stay updated on emerging trends, creative formats, and best practices.
● Bring fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with audiences and strengthen brand identity.
Essential Skills
● Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft campaigns that align with broader business objectives.
● Creativity: Exceptional creativity in developing unique content, campaigns, and community experiences.
● Technical Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later), creative design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), and analytics platforms.
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read data, identify insights, and act on them.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of platform algorithms of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Experience & Qualifications
● 2+ years of proven experience in managing social media growth for brands or agencies.
● Portfolio showcasing creativity in social media campaigns, content, and design.
