We’re excited to announce an opportunity for Freshers to 2 years of experience to join our team as an Inbound Sales Executive.

This is an entry-level role where you’ll play a crucial part in generating revenue, handling inbound sales inquiries, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound calls, emails, and live interactions promptly and effectively

✅ Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

✅ Gain deep knowledge of our products/services and communicate value propositions

✅ Present solutions, pricing, and offers to prospects

✅ Close sales by overcoming objections and guiding prospects through the funnel

✅ Maintain records in CRM and track progress

✅ Collaborate with marketing & customer support teams

✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

📝 Freshers to 2 years of experience in inbound sales (Cybersecurity / Managed IT Services experience is a plus)
