Role Description

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead professional brand presence and influencer-driven growth across all major platforms. This role will develop strategies that amplify our voice, drive community engagement, and fuel demand for our SaaS products. 

Responsibilities

• Own and execute social media growth strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and emerging platforms. 
• Build influencer and thought-leadership collaborations with industry voices and healthcare SaaS KOLs. 
• Manage company pages, leadership profiles, and employee advocacy programs. 
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and events. 
• Run paid and organic social campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize performance. 
• Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to ensure brand consistency. 
• Launch community-building initiatives (live sessions, webinars, polls, interactive posts). 

Requirements

• 3–5 years in B2B social media marketing, including influencer marketing. 
• Experience managing all major platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok). 
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. 
• Proven record of scaling brand presence, followers, and engagement in B2B environments. 
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track ROI from social activities. 
• Willing to work in US shift
