● Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
● Plan campaigns aligned with brand goals and market trends.
● Conceptualize, create, and manage high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, articles) for all major platforms.
● Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
● Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging creatives and compelling ad copies.
● Use AI tools to ideate, script, and streamline content production when appropriate.
● Publish, monitor, and optimize content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
● Maintain a strong brand voice and build platform-specific content strategies.
● Run, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
● Track ROI and adjust campaigns to meet performance goals.
● Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase organic reach.
● Manage SEM campaigns to improve visibility and lead quality.
● Track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, engagement rate, follower growth, and ROAS.
● Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
● Build and nurture online communities through strategic engagement.
● Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions promptly.
● Monitor competitor activities, industry benchmarks, and emerging digital trends.
● Conduct A/B tests on creatives and messaging.
● Stay updated on digital marketing and AI trends to refine campaign performance.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
● 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Campaign Management.
● Strong experience in content creation across formats (static, video, reels, long-form).
● Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
● Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.
● Excellent copywriting, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
● Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO/SEM (preferred).
