Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, run, and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI, CAC, and lead generation
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement plans to build and grow our online community
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing creatives
• Provide input on design and copy to ensure consistency with brand tone and objectives
• Create and edit short-form videos and reels to boost organic and paid reach
• Track performance metrics and prepare insightful reports with recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to innovate our marketing approach

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong background in performance marketing
• Proven track record of managing and scaling social campaigns with measurable success
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and platform-specific tools
• Solid eye for visual content and design aesthetics
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., for reels, ads, and promos)
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment

Preferred Tools:

• Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
