About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and performance marketing initiatives. Based in Indore, the ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Plan, run, and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI, CAC, and lead generation Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement plans to build and grow our online community Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing creatives Provide input on design and copy to ensure consistency with brand tone and objectives Create and edit short-form videos and reels to boost organic and paid reach Track performance metrics and prepare insightful reports with recommendations for optimization Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to innovate our marketing approach Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong background in performance marketing Proven track record of managing and scaling social campaigns with measurable success Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and platform-specific tools Solid eye for visual content and design aesthetics Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., for reels, ads, and promos) Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment Preferred Tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc. Why Join Us?
