Role Overview

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Functional Area Responsibilities

Content & Platform Management

- Create catchy captions, hooks, and copy in fluent English

- Understand and track emerging content formats like reels, stories, memes, carousels, and polls

Community & Customer Engagement

- Communicate directly with customers where needed

- Maintain a helpful and brand-consistent voice

Paid Advertising (Training Provided)

- Support the setup, tracking, and basic reporting of campaign performance

Coordination for Visual Content

- Liaise with designers, editors, and external creators as needed

Growth Initiatives

- Monitor competitor and industry trends

- Assist in influencer coordination or outreach, if applicable

Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content styles
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a plus, but not mandatory
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or editing tools is a bonus

Work Model

• This is a

  full-time onsite role

  at our Pune office. Regular reporting, team collaboration, and hands-on execution are key aspects.
