Social Media Marketing

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
• Understand D2C funnel and plan social content aligning with product drops, sales, campaigns & performance objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis & trend research.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging reels, posts, stories, carousel content.
• Write captions, copy, and creatives aligned with brand tone & audience.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers & influencers for content shoots.

3. Performance Tracking

• Monitor insights: reach, engagement, saves, shares & follower growth.
• Analyze performance of each content piece and optimize next content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

4. Influencer & Community Management

• Identify and onboard micro/macro influencers.
• Handle influencer collaborations, briefs, deliverables & barters.
• Engage with followers, handle comments, DMs & brand queries.

5. Paid Social Coordination (Optional but Bonus)

• Basic understanding of running Meta ads for boosting content.
• Coordinate with performance marketing team for ad creatives & funnels.

6. D2C Brand Alignment

• Understand customer personas of D2C brands.
• Create content that highlights USPs, product benefits, storytelling & brand recall.
• Support during festive campaigns, product launches & sale events.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest trends.
• Creative mindset & strong storytelling skills.
• Basic Canva or graphic design knowledge (preferred).
• Video editing (CapCut/Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
• Understanding of D2C industry & consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
