Job Description

Role Overview: As the Social Media Marketing Manager for WGBL at Welspun World, your main responsibility is to create and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various social media and ecommerce platforms. The strategy aims to enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive meaningful interactions with audiences to improve brand perception and support business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to develop and implement the social media strategy, define key performance indicators (KPIs), supervise social media content creation, evaluate the success of campaigns, and stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Utilizing tools like Buffer, you will work with copywriters and designers to ensure that the content is both informative and visually appealing. Your role also involves attending industry conferences, monitoring SEO performance and user engagement metrics, suggesting content optimizations, engaging with industry professionals and influencers on social media platforms, providing feedback to the team, and adhering to relevant rules and regulations. Regularly reporting to Senior Management on the progress of the social media marketing strategy is a crucial part of your role.
