With a dynamic in-house team and a growing digital presence, we’re looking for a proactive and creative intern to join our social media and marketing team. Role Overview We’re looking for a fluent English-speaking Social Media & Digital Marketing who is up to date with the latest trends in social content, has strong communication skills, and is enthusiastic about learning paid advertising. This is an onsite role that requires full-time presence at our Pune office, working closely with our content, design, and development teams. Key Responsibilities Functional Area Responsibilities Content & Platform Management - Research, plan, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant online groups - Create catchy captions, hooks, and copy in fluent English - Understand and track emerging content formats like reels, stories, memes, carousels, and polls Community & Customer Engagement - Respond to comments, DMs, and queries on social platforms - Communicate directly with customers where needed - Maintain a helpful and brand-consistent voice Paid Advertising (Training Provided) - Assist in running Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads - Support the setup, tracking, and basic reporting of campaign performance Coordination for Visual Content - Collaborate with internal teams to plan and coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots - Liaise with designers, editors, and external creators as needed Growth Initiatives - Post to relevant groups and forums to increase reach - Monitor competitor and industry trends - Assist in influencer coordination or outreach, if applicable Candidate Profile Excellent written and verbal communication in English Strong understanding of social media platforms and content styles Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a plus, but not mandatory Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or editing tools is a bonus Perks & Benefits Mobile recharge allowance Broadband/internet reimbursement (for personal learning/tools) Travel allowance (for commutes and on-ground tasks) Real-time exposure to campaigns, brand building, and content strategy Opportunity for full-time placement post internship Work Model This is a full-time onsite role at our Pune office.
